What does a good leader look like now?
We believe that better leadership is balanced between 3 core tenets:
- Revolution: The propensity to lead with care and kindness for others, prioritise team effectiveness and guide with many wisdoms.
- Rebellion: The capacity to celebrate difference, practice optimism, and go against the norm to do better.
- Regeneration: The ability to act with integrity, learn from life lessons and difficulty, and understand the direct link between creativity and wellbeing.
