Meet the team

Jennifer Potter

Founder

Clients work with me for a reason. I’m often able to see and speak to the blocks and barriers of performance. I can quickly see the bigger picture and work out which dots need joining up to enhance performance.

I’m really good with people, it’s my sweet spot. I bring together psychology, behaviour, wellbeing  and performance philosophies to help people understand themselves so they can in turn understand each other better. That’s where potential gets unlocked in organisations.

I’ve always been hungry to learn about the conditions that make for peoples best performances and to work at the edge of ways of working. Our offices are changing because our planet is evolving, organisations need to be able to keep up with that means to their performance and potential.

What makes me unique? I help leaders to unlock potential without having to be an alpha. It’s a more inclusive, kind, human approach to leadership that lasts and fundamentally out performs alpha approach, whilst not leading to burn out culture.

Change expert, project manager, mental health champion.
Paul traded more than ten years working in large corporates to work as an expert consultant delivering people-centred change programmes. He does this via a range of hands-on consultancy, coaching and training interventions so that the organisation remains empowered through the change.

He has enjoyed supporting a variety of commercial clients alongside his voluntary roles as a charity trustee (for Mind) and as a Mental Health Act Manager for the NHS.

Paul has an MSc in Project Management, an MA in Psychology and an array of professional qualifications in the Change & Project Management arena. Paul’s extreme passion for mental health and wellbeing means he’s often found sitting on committees to support and challenge change in this area.
