About us

Hi, I’m Jennifer, Founder of Frankly.

I have been a manager, a leader, senior leader and an executive in a large corporation without any formal training. I want to ensure no other leader has to travel those transitions without the tools, support and resources needed to succeed.

Frankly was created to ensure that leaders had access to the tools that made a difference when it counts. To have confidence and credibility. To make friends with their fears and overcome them. To confidently and capably lead others without getting stuck in drama or conflict.

We are not a team building business, we are a leader and team performing business.

We pull the best practical and common sense resources together that free you up to get on with your role as a leader without burning out and keeping people onside.
