What is it?

For senior women leaders, the demands of leadership can be as isolating as they are rewarding. You’re navigating high-stakes decisions, driving impactful change, and shaping the future—often while carrying the invisible weight of societal expectations.

That’s why the Women’s Leadership Circle exists.

This isn’t another networking group or seminar. It’s a sanctuary for growth, designed exclusively for women like you: trailblazers who want to connect with peers who truly get it.

How it works

A closed group for up to 12 senior women leaders to reflect and transform their leadership impact

Meeting monthly for three hours in person in York city centre

Meetings will take place 9.30-12.30 on the fourth wednesday of each month, running from January to June 2025

This is a peer learning group, not a traditional training course

Facilitated by Jennifer Potter, a leadership transformation expert

Who is it for?

This is a pilot-programme part-funded by York City Council for senior women leaders from York based businesses.

It’s been designed specifically for mid to senior level leaders looking to expand their influence, get support and create lasting impact.

This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The cost for six x three hour workshops is £187.50 / participant (discounted from  £375)
