Who we are

We are Frankly. We’re a creative, straight-talking business and we’re here to help you unlock your teams’ leadership potential. At the same time, we’ll support you to turn your organisation into a place where people, planet and profit can all thrive together.

At a time of massive upheaval and uncertainty, what the world needs now is a no-nonsense, practical, honest and collaborative approach to enabling leaders to be their best.

Say hello to Frankly.

We believe in building cultures where everyone can be themselves – and then blossom into the very best they can be. And we believe every organisation can nurture that empowering culture in harmony with the strategic goals of the business.

Our mission? To equip all your leaders (including the leaders of tomorrow) with the skills they need to be brilliant without our help. They get a flexible toolkit that works at any stage of their career. And you get a future-facing business packed with smart people and bursting with productivity, resilience and alignment.

What we stand for

  • We stand for businesses that believe everyone has leadership potential
  • We stand for organisations that want to empower the capacity and success of their leaders
  • We stand for workplaces that encourage health not burnout
  • We stand for businesses innovating ways of working
  • We stand for the planet – and organisations that take responsibility for their role in its health

Change expert, project manager, mental health champion.
Paul traded more than ten years working in large corporates to work as an expert consultant delivering people-centred change programmes. He does this via a range of hands-on consultancy, coaching and training interventions so that the organisation remains empowered through the change.

He has enjoyed supporting a variety of commercial clients alongside his voluntary roles as a charity trustee (for Mind) and as a Mental Health Act Manager for the NHS.

Paul has an MSc in Project Management, an MA in Psychology and an array of professional qualifications in the Change & Project Management arena. Paul’s extreme passion for mental health and wellbeing means he’s often found sitting on committees to support and challenge change in this area.
