Who’s running it?

This programme will be lead by Frankly’s founder Jennifer Potter and lead facilitator Mark Gilroy

Jennifer became a leader in her 20’s and quickly realised she would need support if she was going to realise her potential to becoming a great leader. She hasn’t stopped learning since.

She’s lead huge teams, micro teams, transformed broken teams to high-performing teams and loves nothing more than sharing the tools she believes you really need to be an effective leader and keep your sanity. Learning to coach as a leader transformed hers and her teams’ performance and as such is a big advocate for leaders having coaching in their toolkit.

She holds two degrees one in business and one in Chinese medicine and has recovered from corporate burn-out. She’s well equipped and well experienced to help you find a way of shining your light without burning out!

Mark brings over two decades years of experience specialising in leadership, behavioural science and psychometrics. His work has taken him to over 20 countries, enabling collaborations with a wide variety of sectors.

As well as helping to develop emerging and experienced executives, he knows what it’s like to ‘walk the walk’, having served on several boards for over a decade, twice nominated for the Institute of Directors’ Director of the Year. He’s experienced the highs and lows of leadership first-hand.

FAQ’s

  1. Does it come with a qualification? We do not believe you need qualifications to be a great leader, we believe you need the tools and resources to get effective and resourced plus the self belief and support to unlock your own potential. The proof is in the practice.
  2. Do I have to do all five sessions? You will get out of this programme what you’re able to put in. Attending all the session is really important if you want to get the most from it.
  3. How long are the workshops? Each session will be three hours and run from 9.30am to 12.30pm ONLINE with breaks.
  4. Will you be doing this programme face to face? If you are interested in this programme running in person, please email Jennifer – once we have enough people we organise a date.
  5. Can I purchase multiple places? Yes we absolutely encourage you to bring more people from your organisation so you can share what you learn within your own context, however we cap that number at three per organisation. If you have a group of nine or more, we can also deliver this programme in-house for you. Email here to enquire.
  6. Are discounts available? If you book fast, you can take advantage of the early bird offer. We are always looking for ways to make our programmes work financially for all people, please email Jennifer to discuss bursaries and discounts.
  7. Can you run your programmes internally in our business? Yes in fact most of our work is in house leader development programmes. Drop Jennifer an email and we’ll talk you through our process.
  8. What happens if I drop out or can’t attend? Unfortunately our programmes are non refundable and paid upfront. We can offer your place to someone else in your organisation if we know in advance of the programme start date.
