A Space for reflection and renewal

Leadership at the senior level can be both rewarding and lonely. As a man navigating complex decisions and driving meaningful change, you deserve a space that supports your growth — not just your performance.

The Men’s Leadership Circle is more than a networking event; it’s a sanctuary for authentic connection and personal development. Designed for senior male leaders, this circle offers a confidential environment to reflect, share, and grow alongside a small group of peers who understand the weight you carry.

This isn’t a networking group or a seminar. It’s a sanctuary for growth, designed exclusively for men like you: honest, real human beings, trying to live and work aligned, who want to connect with others who get it.

Intentional Reflection: Step away from daily demands to reconnect with your purpose and leadership vision.

Authentic Connections: Build meaningful relationships with a small group of senior men who understand your journey — without the performance, the posturing, or the pretence.

Practical Insights: Engage in discussions that provide actionable strategies to enhance your leadership impact.

“You get to hear a fuller story of what it takes to be that leader. It feels more genuine — and that connection gives me a boost of energy every month.” (past circle member)

How it works

A closed group for up to 12 senior male leaders to reflect and transform their leadership and life impact

Meeting monthly for three hours in person in York city centre

Meetings will take place 9.30-12.30 on the first Friday of each month, running from May 26 to October 26. (*Nb there is one exception that July’s will run on the 10th.)

Facilitated by Jennifer Potter, a leadership & culture expert

What Happens in the Circle?

Each month, we gather in a small, trusted group for three hours of:

  • Intentional Reflectionbecause leadership clarity comes from stillness, not speed.

  • Guided Conversationdrawing on themes like power, purpose, visibility, boundaries, and boldness.

  • Connection Without Competitionno comparison, no judgement — just deep listening and honest insight.

  • Time to Think, Feel, and Recalibrateso you leave resourced and ready, not depleted.

You’ll be invited, not expected. Heard, not hurried.
Because this isn’t another meeting. It’s a leadership lifeline.

“It’s been refreshing to connect with others who understand the weight of leadership, I leave each session feeling more refreshed and able to step back from the day-to-day” (past circle member)

This is for you if…

  • You hold senior responsibility, but want space to think beyond the day-to-day.

  • You feel the strain of being “the one who holds it all together” — and want to feel supported, not stretched.

  • You’re ready to drop the mask, even briefly, and connect with other men who lead with purpose rather than performance.

  • You want to reflect, reset, and reclaim a leadership style that’s more human, more sustainable — and more you.

“The shift in how I think, the relationships I’ve built, and the chance to step outside the day-to-day have all been a step in the right direction.” (past circle member)
