What is it?

Our leadership circle is a transformative space designed exclusively for senior women leaders. Leaders who are driving change in their industries, seeking meaningful connection and aiming to ensure the highest of authentic leadership impact.

A community of women leaders collectively nurturing the change they’d like to see in themselves and their organisations at this time of great transformation.

A supportive space for women leaders looking to be resourced, feel resilient, confident and capable, and be valued and recognised for their contributions.

How it works

A closed group for up to 12 senior women leaders to reflect and transform their leadership impact

Meeting monthly for three hours in person in York city centre

Meetings will take place 9.30-12.30 on the fourth wednesday of each month, running from January to June 2025

Facilitated by Jennifer Potter, a leadership transformation expert

This is a pilot-programme part-funded by York City Council and *** for senior women leaders from York based businesses.

It’s been designed specifically for mid to senior level leaders looking to expand their influence, get support and create lasting impact.

The cost for six x three hour workshops is £187.50 / participant

Jennifer’s work is all about helping leaders to see the big picture – and commit to it. She is a professional executive coach, a master facilitator and team coach.
